THIS LAND IS OUR LAND
This is choice - there are plans in the works to appropriate Justice Souter's personal land to convert it into a hotel, which will presumably increase tax revenues and therefore is allowable under the new eminent domain laws as championed by Souter.
The proposed development, called "The Lost Liberty Hotel" will feature the "Just Desserts Café" and include a museum, open to the public, featuring a permanent exhibit on the loss of freedom in America. Instead of a Gideon's Bible each guest will receive a free copy of Ayn Rand's novel "Atlas Shrugged."
Souter better get himself a good lawyer.

I just heard a story on this during my drive today. Of course it's mainly to make a point, but the guy says he needs 3 of 5 alderman votes and is legitimately pursuing it.
There is nothing that makes me smile like citizens disrupting our kings.
