Next Year's winner "us" because we're the last human beings not yet represented.

2008: Sub-Saharan Machete Mutilatiion Victims because they technically weren't represented by YOU since YOU infers internet connectivity.

2009: Osama bin Laden because Arafat has one and we don't want to be unfair.

2010: Warren Buffett because now that everyone on Earth has been represented we simply sell the honor to old rich people who are afraid of dying.

While funny, the Arafat reference is actually false. He won some sort of peace prize, not Man of the Year. Please replace Arafat with Ayatullah Khomeini for maximum comedic effect.
