John Ellis suggests that
if someone went out and organized a "Recall Them All" campaign on the Internet — urging people to vote out of office every single incumbent, at every level of government — that that someone could raise about a billion dollars. And have a significant impact on the nation's politics. If this were to happen -- all the incumbents got tossed -- how long would it take for the system to get back to the equilibrium it has now? Isn't big money always going to control government, or am I missing something?
